We are sorry for the bad experience our customer had. We are a little surprised to receive above comments. We sent photos and video of the hat with box before sending, 2 pcs hats were all in good condition. The box is bigger enough to hold 2 pcs hats as we always use such box to send hat samples. We have been in the hat business nearly 20 years, we know what we are doing. We guess the box was damaged during transition. The 2 pcs hats showed in the above picture are actually not the same shape, the left one is 5 panel, ours are 2 panel, the shape is not same, we can not company apple to orange. We apologized for this, re-fund the sample charge, and Alibaba refund the shipping cost , we also offered to re-make the samples for customer. Pls understand the transport situation which is beyond our control We called several times to try to find the solution but could connect, we also sent messages on Alibaba. We are open to any suggestions to solve this issue. Thanks.
